Late Summer

This painting evolved from another painting I had been
working on, It morphed into this finished piece. I had been painting
Plein Air on a very sunny early fall day. I say late Summer
as it was still so warm out, it was actually early October. Lots of dark shadows
were on the left side of the area I was painting. I took the liberty
and changed up some of the reds in the bushes to this yummy coral color which
is a nice change for me. The intense sunlight was
bouncing from the tree tops.
I enjoy painting the reflections as they show in the water.
